I love to do mini-sessions! They allow me to do experimental photography and fine-art work.
My everyday style that my clients come for is beauty/glamour/fashion as you’ve seen on my site; but when I get to do mini sessions, it’s a total out of the box, risk it all, and try anything world for me!
A couple of years ago I was doing mini sessions about every month, but with the introduction of our family’s new littlest guy, Mr. Nash, I had to slow my roll quite a bit. Now that he’s the big 1.0 and things around here are settling down, it’s time to get back in the game and start my mini sessions again; in this case, “A Study in Red!”
In 2014 I had my first Study in Red, and the results were fun and we came away with some cool images. However, I’ve grown so much as an artist over these last 24 months and am SO EXCITED to see what will be created! I have plans in my mind that should be pretty amazing as visual story that play on the power of red. I feel like what I created in 2014 will be seen as child’s play in comparison to what’s about to happen; and that feels great!
I know what you’re thinking, “How do I get in on this?” At this point, just your support is appreciated, because only 24 hours after I opened the doors to participants, my 16 available spots were sold out! However, if you would like to be a part of one of my next experimental sessions, I’m looking to do a flower study on the 27th of March. If you are interested, please contact me now so I can put you on the VIP list.
The Study in Red will be on the 6th of February and looking to do an
open-house, wine and cheese gallery show for participants and their guest on the 27th of Feb.
So far 2016 is off to a great start because of amazing friends like you!
